Course introduction


You will use all the core principles of Pilates to improve your posture, line and safe flow of movement. Standing Pilates with Qigong offers gentle grace of movement exercise while focusing the mind through breathing to listen to the body. There is no floor work in this class.

Course information


Please wear comfortable clothing. You can participate in bare feet, ballet or tai chi shoes. Please also bring water to drink. Importantly, please seek advice from your doctor if you are receiving, have had any recent treatments, or are in doubt about any condition you may have that could affect your participation. Additional courses and workshops will be offered throughout the year, giving you the opportunity to further develop your skills.
