Yoga – Hatha
Course introduction
A mixed ability class introducing the principle components of Hatha Yoga, including yoga postures, breathing practices, relaxation techniques and yoga philosophy.
Taught mainly through demonstration, explanation and practice.

Course information
- Please bring a blanket to lie on with you to the first class.
- You may wish to purchase a Yoga mat at a later date.
- You will need to wear loose comfortable clothes.
- Please ensure that you do not consume a large meal immediately before class.
If you have any medical/physical problems which may affect your participation, please consult a doctor/physiotherapist/chiropractor prior to commencing the course.
Courses will be offered throughout the year giving learners the opportunity to further develop their skills.
