Arrival

I always arrive at the office between 8:15am and 8:30am, making sure I’m fed and refreshed for the day ahead.

Activity

My first task in the morning is to log in to my daily MS Teams meeting to discuss any updates or concerns with the rest of the customer services team.

Activity

Next, I import any parking clock orders from our contact system and send a pdf to our corporate administration team so the clocks can be posted.

Lunch

At Lunch, I might wander into Lyndhurst village to use shops and other services. Equally, I might sit and eat at one of the many green spaces at Appletree Court where the council is based.

Activity

I will then log in to the phone system and answer telephone calls, emails, letters and internet enquiries, as well as conduct webchats with customers to provide as much support as I can.

Activity

In between my routine customer contact, I often attend meetings both in person and via MS Teams.

Departure

I finish my day at 5:15pm and go straight home. I regularly go running or walking after work to ensure I get some fresh air and exercise.
