Kim Murphy - chocolateseditCongratulations to our Adult Learner, Kim Murphy who has won the Keylink Ltd ‘Power Flowers’ competition. She created a fantastic working chocolate version of the game Kerplunk! (see photo)

After taking on a chocolate course at our New Forest Cookery School, Kim gained the skills and expertise needed to start her own company, Choccomondo.

Kim said: “I found the quality of teaching at Brock second to none – I started off as an above average baker and now I have achieved an NVQ3 in Patisserie and Confectionery with 4 distinctions and 2 merits – this has been a result of the excellent standard of teaching and encouragement”.

Keylink has awarded Kim with 100 kilos of luxury Belgian white chocolate which will ensure she has plenty of supplies for her business.

Our New Forest Cookery School offers a variety of chocolate making courses – Chocolate and Truffles, The Art of the Chocolate Maker, Chocolate Wedding Cake.
