Lymington boat builder Jeremy Rogers Ltd has been revealed as the new sponsor of Brockenhurst College’s Rugby Academy.
The long-established business, based at Lymington’s Yacht Haven, paid for the all new, all black kit, sporting their logo.
Jess Rogers from Jeremy Rogers Ltd said: “As a young man, Jeremy Rogers himself was a keen rugby player, and as local employers, we are proud to support the Brockenhurst College team.
“We are looking forward to seeing the Jeremy Rogers logo out there on the field.”
Brockenhurst College’s Rugby Academy has made a name for itself by playing high-tempo rugby with organisation, precision and commitment.
Over the years, players have been selected for county, Great Britain Colleges and even national level.
Rugby Academy coach Alan Steel said: “My sincerest thanks go to Jeremy Rogers Ltd. The players absolutely love the new kits, which are high quality and look great.
“We like to think playing in black gives us a psychological edge because our opponents will automatically think of New Zealand and their fearsome reputation. We might start calling ourselves the All Brocks,” he joked.
