Brock’s fine-dining training restaurant, MJ’s, has retained its 5-star hygiene rating following a recent inspection.
Inspectors from New Forest District Council thoroughly checked the establishment and awarded it full marks.
The Council must check MJ’s because, although it’s a training facility, it provides meals for paying members of the public.
Senior Instructor John MacArthur said that while he was pleased he was not surprised, because hygiene is central to all teaching and learning in Hospitality.
